Kristen BadgleyAccenture

    Kristen Badgley currently leads the Accenture DayNine practice for the Western and Southwestern regions of the US.  In this role, she leads a diverse group of consultants focused on implementing Workday projects for dozens of clients across the regions.

    Kristen brings a balance of deep technical roots with global business knowledge.  With more than 25 years of experience building capabilities in startups and medium to large technology companies, Kristen has worked in consulting, engineering, consumer-facing Internet and social technology, and enterprise software firms.  In each of her roles, including with Accenture, Lockheed Martin, Sprint Nextel, Proxicom, and DocuSign, she created and drove new business concepts from initial ideas out to the market.

    She serves as the Chairman for the Harvard Business School Association of Northern California, and as an Advisory Board member for the Virginia Tech APEX Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.  She is passionate about emerging technologies and talent, and staying connected with colleagues and clients in each market where she has worked.

    Kristen earned a master’s in business administration degree from Harvard University, a master’s of science degree in systems engineering and a bachelor’s of science degree in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech.  

    She lives in Oakland and loves spending time with her three daughters and her golf clubs.
