Kurt ZuchUtegration, LLC

    Kurt Zuch currently serves on the Board of Directors at Utegration, LLC and as Advisor to the CEO of AspireHR. He is the Founder of Trinity Private Holdings, LLC, an investment company focused on technology and real-estate. Mr. Zuch has nearly 30 years of utility industry and entrepreneurial experience. He began his career with Andersen Consulting’s (now Accenture) information systems consulting practice in Washington, DC. Identifying a market opportunity for utility consulting services, he founded Pathways Consulting in late 1994, which was sold to Computer Management Sciences (NASDAQ:CMSX) in 1996. In late 1999, he joined Excelergy Corporation and served as Vice President of Professional Services and Head of the Atlanta office. Mr. Zuch then joined Novient, Inc. in 2000 as Vice President of Professional Services and elevated to Senior Vice President of Operations in 2001, responsible for managing and coordinating all operational activities, including Software Development, Professional Services, IT, and Product Support. During the sale of Novient, he relaunched in the consulting business as the Founder and Managing Partner of Capstone Consulting Partners, Inc, which was sold to Alliance Data (NYSE:ADS) in 2004 where he served as Senior Vice President responsible for Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions for the Utility Services Division. In 2008, Mr. Zuch was the Co-founder at Five Point Partners, LLC and served as its Chief Executive Officer until the business was sold to Ernst & Young in 2014. He currently resides in Dallas, TX along with his wife and four children and has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Virginia Tech.
