    Vice President, General Manager, and Chief Product OfficerDigital Applications

    Sullivan serves as the vice president, general manager, and chief product officer for DXC’s global Digital Applications, Applications Development, and Testing, where he has responsibility for strategy, product development, and general management of this multi-billion business. This includes responsibility for DXC’s strategy for digital development services, mobile applications development, agile DevOps, cloud native, microservices, APIs, UX/UI, crowdsourcing methods, applications security, and the full lifecycle of testing services. DXC Technology is the world’s leading independent, end-to-end IT services company. New, but not born yesterday, DXC is a 130,000 person strong, $23b annual revenue, serving 6,000 customers, start-up launched April 2017.

    Prior to DXC, Sullivan was VP of Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s U.S. Public Sector where he led its Applications Services, Business Process Services, and Industry Solutions. Sullivan has 28 years of experience in both public and private sectors in a variety of executive roles that focus on applying leading technologies to complex business problems that enable transformative outcomes.

    In 89’ while still in college, Sullivan joined EDS (Electronic Data Systems), the company which pioneered the IT services industry. In 08’, HP Corp. acquired EDS becoming the world’s largest hi-tech company. In 15’, Sullivan was part of the launch of Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Sullivan has a successful entrepreneurial track record of launching & growing IT services businesses.

    Sullivan’s affiliations include advisory board member to the Center for Entrepreneurship, the Center for Business Intelligence and Analytics, and the Engineering Committee of 100 at Virginia Tech, Commissioner on Tech America’s Big Data Commission, Northern Virginia Technology Council’s task force for Arlington National Cemetery conducted at the request of Senator Mark Warner (VA), and numerous other boards. He holds a U.S. DoD top secret security clearance.

    He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, graduated from the EDS Engineering Systems Development (ESD) program, and has taken postgraduate studies at the Center for Information Technology Integration at the University of Michigan. He lives in Lansdowne, Virginia with his wife and two children and is a competitive marathon runner seeking his World Marathon Majors 6 Star.
